Who Are We?

At Iris.ai, we’re building an agentic AI platform that scales expert-level domain knowledge across entire organizations.

For more than a decade, we’ve worked at the intersection of scientific research, industrial data, and applied AI, helping researchers, engineers, and business teams reason over complex technical knowledge.

Our products - Neuralith, Axion, and RSpace - span the full GenAI lifecycle:

  • Data ingestion across text, tables, figures, and technical formats

  • Advanced RAG and indexing pipelines

  • Agentic orchestration and reasoning

  • Rigorous LLM evaluation and governance

What makes us different: we care deeply about accuracy, evaluation, and responsibility. We don’t optimize for demos and proof-of-concepts we optimize for systems that experts trust and use.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Client Solutions to own how our AI capabilities get delivered to enterprise clients, and to turn what we learn from each engagement into solutions that can be deployed faster and more predictably the next time.

You will run active client engagements. That's where the learning happens. But the goal is not just delivery for its own sake. The goal is to extract patterns from each deployment, define what a repeatable solution looks like, and build the playbooks and processes that make the next one easier. Every client teaches us something. Your job is to make sure that knowledge compounds.

This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, solution design, and product. You work with clients to understand what they need, with engineering to understand what's possible, and with leadership to decide where we invest in repeatability vs. stay custom.

You will report to the CPO with a dotted line to the CCO on commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Run client engagements and extract repeatable patterns

  • Lead implementation for enterprise clients from kickoff through production

  • Be the primary relationship holder during active engagements

  • Manage scope, timelines, and delivery coordination with the technical team

  • After each engagement, document what worked, what was custom, and what should become standard

  • Codify delivery patterns into solution playbooks: defined scope, prerequisites, delivery steps, timeline, success metrics

Define and evolve our solutions

  • Own the definition of each solution type: what's included, what's configurable, what's out of scope

  • Decide when a solution is mature enough for a standard SOW vs. still needs custom scoping

  • Identify which parts of our delivery are genuinely repeatable and which are still exploratory

  • Work with engineering to define what the platform needs to do differently to make solutions more deployable

  • Build the documentation that allows others (Solution Architects, commercial team) to scope and sell solutions with confidence

Bridge client needs and platform capabilities

  • When a client asks for something, determine: is this within the current solution, a configuration, or a new capability?

  • Prioritize solution-level improvements in collaboration with the CPO

  • Collect and structure feedback across engagements to inform both solution design and product direction

  • Track client health, usage, and expansion opportunities across accounts

Drive operational maturity

  • Run regular client check-ins, quarterly reviews, and renewal conversations

  • Own project tracking for active engagements (we use Asana and HubSpot)

  • Track time and resource allocation; surface delivery risks early

  • Build the handoff process from closed deal into delivery and through to renewal

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in solution delivery, solution design, or client-facing product roles at B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies

  • You have turned custom implementations into repeatable offerings before. You know the difference between "we did this once" and "we can do this reliably."

  • Experience scoping and delivering AI, data, or complex technology solutions for large enterprise clients

  • Technical enough to discuss architecture, data pipelines, and system design with engineers. You do not code, but you understand how solutions get built and where the constraints are.

  • Strong at documentation and process design. You can write a solution playbook that someone else can follow without hand-holding.

  • Comfortable owning client relationships at senior stakeholder level (VPs, directors, C-level)

  • Good at making scope decisions and communicating trade-offs to both clients and internal teams

  • Clear communicator in English; Bulgarian is a strong plus given our team location

  • Experience in small teams (under 50 people) where you define your own role and processes
