The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and curious AI Sales & Business Development Intern to support our commercial team and gain hands-on experience in AI SaaS sales.

This is a learning-focused role where you’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to support go-to-market activities, research target accounts, and contribute to pipeline development.

Your mission?
Learn how AI SaaS sales works end-to-end while contributing to
Iris.ai’s growth by supporting lead generation, outreach, and market research efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Market research & prospecting – Identify target companies, industries, and key stakeholders in AI, data, and R&D teams

  • Lead generation support – Help build and qualify outbound lead lists and assist with outreach campaigns through a programmatic manner

  • Sales support – Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials

  • Partnership development support -Identifying, researching, and coordinating with potential partners, and supporting ongoing partner development initiatives.

  • CRM management – Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools

  • Go-to-market support – Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and messaging

  • Customer insights – Research industry trends and help identify AI use cases across sectors

  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand how deals are built and closed

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
    Strong interest in AI, SaaS, startups, or deep-tech industries

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about B2B sales and business development

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable researching companies, industries, and stakeholders

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
